ADGC SAG: GWAS of AD with and without Psychosis

   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aim 1. To identify genetic contributors to Alzheimer's disease with      psychosis (AD+P) by analyzing the GWA data collected for the AD cases only in the well-phenotyped clinical cases-controls series with UDS information (UDS sample) in the ADGC. Comparisons will be made between AD with psychosis (AD+P) and AD without psychosis (AD-P), controlling for stage of AD and number of visits.                                                                                                                                                             Specific Aim 2. As an extension of Aim 1,  to identify genetic contributors to AD+P by reanalyzing the GWA data controlling for APOE status and using            survival-based models for time to psychosis after AD onset.
